When placing your order with Landmark Computers you are faced with a few options regarding shipping. Please refer below for the definition of these terms.
Different Shipping Options:
Main Centre Standard 2-3 Days: 2-3 Working Days from procurement of items : For shipping to main city centers - Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, George, Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth and Pretoria.
Regional Standard 3-5 Days: 3-5 Working Days from procurement of items.
Main Centre Express Overnight: Orders are shipped to any Main Centre overnight via our Courier overnight after procurement of items.
Collecting from Landmark Computers: For collection from either us or from our suppliers directly in Cape Town and Johannesburg. Please ensure you exclude Shipping Insurance on your order as this is not needed.
Please note: We require 1-2 days to source your product/s from confirmation of payment. Weekends are not counted as shipping days.
Landmark Computers does not deliver to PO Box addresses as we use a courier service.
Determining Shipping Fees:
As all orders are unique with different weigh and locations it is impossible for us to determine the shipping costs to you here. However, our website can do this. Simply add your items to your cart and proceed to check-out. Before the final check-out there is a summary of your order with the shipping fee as well as shipping insurance (optional).
Landmark Computers usually ships all products within 1-2 days from confirmation of payment assuming that the product/s is/are in stock. We advise Customers to ensure they have emailed the proof of payment to email@example.com to warrant the process runs smoothly. All Nedbank users can be assured that payment will show immediately while other banking institution users may have to wait 1-2 working days before we can confirm payment. Depending on the shipping option and location all orders take between 1-5 working days to be delivered once shipped from us. Once your order ships an email will be sent with the collection reference number and can be tracked by calling The Courier Guy on 021-9348986. If the you wish to use your own courier we require an email requesting the service and a telephone number of that courier.
We offer optional shipping insurance on all products at a rate of 2% of the value of the ordered item. We strongly suggest Customers use this option when purchasing expensive items for peace of mind. SOI (Special Order Imports) are items sourced from us from other countries and clearly marked as such on the product pages. These items have a full one year warranty.
All items bought from Landmark Computers have a 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated.
Landmark Computers will cover all shipping costs of any faulty item/s within the first 90 days of purchase that may need to be returned to us for RMA (return merchandise authorization). If the component in question however is tested by our supplier to be working within specifications then all shipping costs will be at the expense of the Customer.
If an item fails within the period of warranty we will swap the item out for another once tested by our supplier. In the case of a product not being available (end-of-life or out-of-stock) we will either refund the Customer the purchase price (less shipping) or source an alternative to the equivalent value/performance of the original product purchased. We will require all merchandise such as cables, manuals, CDs and brochures that came with the product to be sent back with the product purchased. If there are any items missing we have the right to refuse a refund until the said items are returned. Failing which we will pass the items on to the respective suppliers for recommendation.
Landmark Computers do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision, but where goods are defective within the warranty period or within 10 business days the items were wrongly described, different from the sample shown to you or does not perform, the Customer can choose between a refund, exchange or repair, subject thereto that the item must first be tested by our supplier. If the product has been amended, opened or worked on by another technician, we will not accept a return of the product, unless defective. A handling fee of up to 10% may be charged if the return is accepted by management
We do not refund any software that has been opened or tampered with.
